Din 4 pin?

Posted by: NikkiK on 01 November 2015

Are there two types of naim din 4 pin SNAIC's, i.e. Is there a 240 degree 4 pin and a 180 degree 4 pin. Or are all naim 4 pins the same whatever the arc of the pins are? I'm connecting a Hi cap out 4 pin (180 or 240) to Nac 202 in 5 pin 180 Thanks, Nikki

No, with NAIM the DIN4 is always 240 degree type. You need the NAIM 4-5 Interconnect.

Richard,

Thank you, again!  A couple of weeks back you set me on the correct course with the 4 pin to 5 pin 180 for my Hi Cap to 202 din input.

But after ordering the correct cable, I wondered if there were different 4 pin din configurations.  So thanks for setting me straight.

Soon my Superline will be up and running with its very own Hi Cap and a second Hi Cap powering my 202.
