A nice enough song, I was most impressed by the acoustical quality of the recording. Excellent room ambience even for a youtube video. Don't think I've heard The Pretty Things before, but interesting to read about - Sad Eye was produced by Norman Smith so certainly helps explain the SQ.

Yes Joe, it's a great production from Smith. The other interesting thing about 'Sad Eye' is that little known member Jack Green takes the lead vocal instead of regular lead Phil May.
