Seeking advice on Nap250 DR

Posted by: Fabian Daniel Belger on 20 November 2015

Hi to all,

I'm  interested in receiving advice on the new 250DR. Currently I'm using  2 Naps 200 -non DR- active in my system. I  love the voicing of the 200  but financial and physical  ( not much space ) constrains  don't allow me  to think about upgrading to the 300 DR or even the old 300.

Reading about the 250DR in the forum  that is more similar in voicing to the old 300  just make me curious. The problem is that my dealer can bring only ONE  to try it  and I believe it  will make the audition very weird (  I  read here that even changing one of 2 or 3  naps 250.2  with one 250 DR was a mismatch ).

Any information/ advice  will be  most welcome, buying a pair will be a leap based on faith.

Best Regards,

Fabian

Tell your Dealer to bring two. Simple.

Otherwise - dont even bother. Your dealer is in the business of SELLING and should give you a proper demo.

Your dealer may not have 2 as they are selling so fast and in huge demand all over the world.

I have compared the old 200 with the new 250 DR.

a short demo with one passive 250 DR will convince you it is a different league and very very special.

I still like the Nap 200 very much though, but I like the 250Dr much more.
