Apologies if this is covered elsewhere...
My iPod Touch (iOS 9.2) sees my new Mu-so on wi-fi, and plays over Airplay without a problem.
However, the Naim app cannot see the Mu-so. I get a "No rooms found" message.
Any help appreciated! Thanks!

The no rooms found message can sometimes mean that the wifi signal isn't quite good enough for discovery to work right. You could try whether it is better if you take your iPod touch close to your router. My other suggestion is that you can add your muso manually, but this is not a good long term solution unless you fix the IP address for your muso. If none of this helps, I suggest you call Naim technical support. The phone number is in the sticky in the top part of this room on the forum and i'm sure they would be able to help.

I've had this happen pre software update. Generally resetting the app worked as a fix. I think one time I did have to go through the whole Muso setup again.
It hasn't been an issue since doing a recent software update.

Thanks for the replies!
I connected the Mu-so to the router using an Ethernet cable and, voilĂ , the app saw the Mu-so!
I then updated the Mu-so firmware, and now everything's good, even without the Ethernet cable.
Thanks again!

I also had a problem with the Naim app after updating to iOS 9.2. I then connected the Mu-So to my router using Ethernet and yes, the app now sees the Mu-So. Am not happy running cable to the unit, though - can't run it through walls, had to Blu-Tak it into position. Why am I having problems just using the Naim app and the Mu-So?
