discontinued equipment manuals

Looks as though only current production models are online. I've looked myself before now.

Maybe customer support could send a download on a specific request.

Sometimes these can be searched for on Google there is a site that collates manuals of all descriptions. 

They used to be on the website and they really still ought to be. It's rather unNaim to bin the past and not support present owners or potential owners of old equipment.

I'd start a petition, but I don't know how. 

I would email support@naimaudio.com and they will email it whenever someone picks up.

But the firmware for the UQ and the UQ2 is the same of course and the manual won't necessarily show how the latest firmware works anyway.  In any case much of the UQ2 manual will apply to the UQ.

I agree that it seems odd that Naim don't make old manuals available, given their unrivalled level of support for old products. A quick Google search always seems to come up with the goods, though.

Have you asked Naim?  I'm sure they would have no problem in supplying you with a pdf.

Older manuals were going to be added to the new website when I last asked about it.  Maybe they haven't them all together yet?
