2016 has arrived today, so time to start this thread afresh.
Last year's thread (and links to previous years) can be found here;

From a good sounding Joe Gastwirt remastered ('94) CD.

B****r! I hope you get it sorted soon. Just listen to it in mono in the meantime.
Unfortunately it's not as simple as that as I'd then be listening to the right channel through both speakers. It's weird because all I've done is turn it off and unplug it all to go on holiday and on coming home I find this problem. I suspect a problem with the Urika phono stage.
On vinyl:-

Miles Davis - Someday My Prince Will Come
Not played this for a while, Original Vinyl

Now switched to this - almost too smooth...

Clive, this happened to me once. Have you tried disconnecting the cartridge terminals and reconnecting them? Also, whenever something goes wrong with my system, the first thing I do is disconnect all cables, plugs, etc, and reconnect them. May be worth a try.
Best of luck.

On YouTube whilst working. The trouble is that I have to keep switching to watch JM's playing!

Post Bauhaus. Original vinyl...

Because its been quite a while since I listened to this or indeed any LZ.

Fan club cd and one of the best Live albums I own.

The Dunedin Consort's Dublin version (1742) of Handel :Messiah - Linn super audio cd. Extremely well done all around.
The first New Order, musically and lyrically in thrall to Joy Division, and an under-appreciated gem.

So many excellent albums to chose from but this remains my favourite Beatles album (with Sgt Pepper a close second). Majestic.

Because his music live was something to behold and this Irish Tour was arguably his best, top, top guitar player and perfomer always good for the craic during and after the gig.... Cheers and thanks Rory.

La Revancha en Cumbia - Gotan Project, almost a bit too loungey; but nice for a postprandial, lazy Monday evening
With this trio, you cannot go wrong.

Is this a remix of La Revancha del Tango?

Indeed a very good trio - I didn't know this specific album by the way...
