Sometimes you have to follow the crowd and realize the crowd has found something interesting..... Listening to it on Tidal and liking it..

I'm just me Bert and not part of "the crowd".

I'm delighted that you are enjoying it. Discovering new music and rediscovering or just playing older music on this particular Naim thread is what it is all about to me.

There have been more people raving about this album, so that's why I talked about the crowd. I will buy this and also get the other albums, very nice music.

Streaming from Tidal: beautiful songs with gorgeous harmonies by Iron & Wine's Sam Beam and Jesca Hoop.

Hook - I found this one a couple of weeks ago & really liked it but I can still only find one track on Tidal - is the whole album available on Tidal in your neck of the woods?

Not as good as I remembered. Don't like this fading out of numbers....

Nice album this - haven't played it for a long time.  A shift from his funky stuff.  Great quartet including Brad Mehldau, Christian McBride.  CD rip

1982 - Original vinyl...

This is the nice thing of streaming I started with Chopin preludes, then switched to cello/piano then postrock, then pop music and now back with modern jazz guitar, in the past the switching would have happened less smooth, while I didn't by the way switch from track to track....a happy streamer...

Beethoven, Moonlight Sonata followed by Fur Elise.  I don't listen to much classical music at all but I think these are sublime and wonderful music to relax to at the end of the day.  At some point I need to find more like them.  Fla via Audirvana/Hugo

Kevin Morby Singing Saw
Dead Oceans Records

Another strong recommendation via the almighty BBC 6Music.

A contender for a top five album of 2016, third solo album from Babies/Woods guitarist sees him fleshing out his sound to encompass brass, strings and yes, a singing saw for a record of beautiful chamber pop (can this term still be used in 2016?).

Fans of War on Drugs, Kurt Vile, Destroyer, Eric Matthews (anyone remember It's Heavy in Here, one of the great albums of the 90s) – this record is worth a listen.
