The Raconteurs, Consolers Of The Lonely.

A Jack White project. An interesting and enjoyable album with plenty of BOOM.

I agree, Ewen.  We have seen and enjoyed Pete three times back in the '00.  The guitarist on this, Pete Stroud, ended up as an A-list backing musician for the likes of Sheryl Crow.  Pete's passion ended up being more the production and recording side of things  along with soundtracks and has been quiet in his own music the past 8 or so years.  regards, Jeff A

Great first album from a bunch of very talented Guys, Hard and Fast to wonderful vocals, an interesting take on Prog.

Yep I fully agree the, the Nordics seem to do prog', heavy rock, metal and doom etc. really well.

(2013)

More space rock and krautrock wrapped up in a Berlin School style, very enjoyable and powerful well executed electronica and good guitar work with searing riffs.
