Unfortunately we haven't seen any albums coming from this fine band. I am not sure if we will ever again given the success from Steven Wilson in his solo career....

The signature voice on Robin Trower's albums for over a decade, he accompanied Maggie Bell for a number of years too, and the Stone the Crows before that. A really good blues rock voice although on this album he covers pop rock numbers. This was to be his only solo album and was produced by Procol Harum's Mathew Fisher. Originally recorded in the late '70s but not released until 1998 a few years before his untimely passing.

"Why this album is so obscure is one of the great mysteries of rock n roll. Dewar sounds at home here with surefooted vocals in what was essentially a record devoted to his family."

One more. Why not?

Joining spurrier sucks' AC/DC party with this classic on vinyl. Got to ask spurrier sucks - have you considered changing your forum id now that Steve's retired? Haven't figured out whether you're a Game Cocks fan that resented Spurrier's coaching or a fan of a SEC rival.

I didn't know I could change it. Another forum I visit doesn't allow it. Just to keep it consistent I'll keep it, he does still suck, but Muschamp Sucks has a nice ring to it as well.lol  I am a Clemson Tiger fan and hater of all things Gamecocks.

Hah, probably best then you keep your forum id as is. Not sure I want to be replying to a member called Dabo . A truly exciting championship game this year. Bright future ahead for the Tigers.

As a Buckeyes fan there is a legacy inexorably tied to the Tigers. Are you old enough to remember Woody's infamous punch that ended his career?

I do not remember when it originally happened but it is legendary in these parts. You can imagine the new life it got before CU v OSU in the Orange Bowl.

Noteworthy, and a strong statement coming from thou who listens to more albums than I ever thought humanly possible. I'm vaguely familiar with it, but as our tastes often align I'm putting this on my radar of record shop grabs.

Truely surprised that you have never listened to this album my friend. My wife keeps telling me that if I started playing every disc/download I own starting today I wouldn't manage to finish listening to them all before I push up daisies. She's right.

It would be on my list, too. Except for profoundly annoying "Bloody Well Right" and "Dreamer". Tracks I just can't listen to. They put the whole album "off limits" to me. I only have a few of these unlistenable tracks, one other being Jeff Buckley's version of "Hallelujah".

The real thing.
