One of the best, (imho), from SeƱor Cooder, before heading out for the day.

Bit of a lifelong Cooder fan here, so if you try the above album, and enjoy it, give this one a listen.

Fantastic record!

The best Ry Cooder album imho.

First run of this on Tidal - live recording from 1989.

I have had this for years and for those who like Lucinda it is well worth picking up. I am also very surprised that the record companies that operate in the gray market area of the music biz haven't released many of her shows on cd as some are out there in amazing quality

Followed this one with the one below from 2005 - which sounds great also.

Interesting to track the changes in her style over the years from quite "country" to much more rock based - I had the pleasure of seeing her live earlier this year and her current backing band "Buick 6" can certainly rock.

Following a posting from Gary Shaw on the best music 2016 thread. A band I got into a year or so ago via Bandcamp but I was not aware of their (well recorded) live filmed material being available online until Nick's post and comments.
