2016 has arrived today, so time to start this thread afresh.
Last year's thread (and links to previous years) can be found here;
The White Stripes-White Blood Cells

I went many years without listening to this and only returned to it recently. Glad I did as the magic I remembered is still there.

2004 - CD - WAV ...
Ex NIN Chris Vrenna second album project with appearances by R. Smith, D. Sylvian and J. Marr. Moody and very introspective industrial musical collage.

That looks interesting, thanks Tony.

Sounding mighty fine this evening - hearing more detail than ever before for some reason. CD rip.

Curious if anyone else gets some distortion around 4:25 & 6:50 on "Carlisle's Haul" ? I heard it CD when I had a UL and now on the ripped file through SU and Muso (it's also there on Tidal). Wondering if its my system or the recording ?

Intervention Records vinyl reissue. Nicely done.

Foo Fighters-One by One

The Sword-High Country
i don't this as much as their older albums but it's not bad

Bruce Springsteen. High Hopes. On vinyl from 2014. High hopes - that's what I've got for my current speaker demo.

Bob Dylan. John Wesley Harding. On the original CBS "360 Sound" stereo vinyl. I've been slowly expanding my meager Dylan holdings and found this album very easy to enjoy.
Gary Clark Jr-Gart Clark Jr Live

What a wonderful fusion of 2 genres .. absolutely effortless listening.

Not sure what to think about this one yet, but after a couple glasses of wine and the first couple of songs I'm about ready for bed. Not sure if I'll make it through it all tonight.
The Cure-Bloodflowers
A little pick me up before bed. Lol

Joe Walsh. The Confessor. On Quiex II promo vinyl from 1985. Contains a nice cover of Michael Stanley's "Rosewood Bitters".
