2016 has arrived today, so time to start this thread afresh.

It's a brass band................but not as we know it Jim!
Have a blast. ![]()

A very, very long time since I last listened to this album. Still has its hypnotic quality.

Tietajan Laulu by Kauan
Kauan have been one of my best finds on Bandcamp, they are Russian and play what might be described as melodic metal. Needless to say, I don't understand a word but the emotion pours through the music. Very much recommended if you are into this genre and they can be checked out here.

1978 - WAV...

Epic 4CD boot of LZ's last gig at Earls Court in May 1975. Great soundboard recording. Pity Percy's voice is a bit rough.

A Beacon on the Barrow by Ice Dragon
Sabbath wannabes but unfortunately they don't really get close.
Ed Sheran, X, my son's choice as we put out playlist together for our imminent trip to Turkey. It's a good choice though because this is a good album by a gifted artist. Tidal via Audirvana/Hugo

Because this one brings back a lot of good memories, remastered in '02 and on Tidal I'll probably end up buying it again.

New sounds wafting through the air attempting to influence my lethargy to take a hike.

Just released.
