Yep. A 3-litre Capri was the height of cool then, provided you had a paving-slab or two in boot to ensure your rear wheels got traction when you floored it. Ah, they were the days!

One of the LPs that Keith Richards spotted Mick Jagger carrying on Dartford Station on the morning of 17 October 1961. The rest as they say is history.
One of my brothers always fancied a Brooklands. He's in an Elan 2+2 now.
Amy Winehouse - Frank
Talent, with just the right amount of polish.

One of the first albums I ever bought, it formed my early taste in music, and the rest, as you say, is history.
Great voice...

Couple of sample tracks from upcoming new Bon Iver album on Tidal. Highly synthesised sound - hmmm... not appealing to me on first listen.

Funny how times change, Mk 1 Escorts weren't all that either when new and were felt to be quite naff too I guess, but I'd snort my Gran's ashes for a well sorted Mk1 RS2000 or Mexico.

New Metallica single!

Vladimir Sofronitsky, the son-in-law of Scriabin, performs on the composer's piano.
Silversun Pickups-Carnavas
This morning during my workout. One of the greater albums of Rush...

Followed by a lesser album of the guys...

Had my usual piano enjoyment during breakfast...

A quick Tidal check of the new album of the Bad Plus...., opinion yet to determine bad on a full run through of the album...

Swans - The Glowing Man 2CD + DVD
Only recently discovered Swans; shame this phase of the band/lineup is coming to an end.
New Ryley Walker album out today. First run on Tidal.

Very nice, loose and groovy. Mr Hutcherson's final studio album.

What's to be debated? Sounds like a bargain, but all depends on the source I guess.
Had this in my collection for a while, but it's been getting a fair few plays of late. Good recording too, as is often the case on these early 60's Blue Note recordings with RVG at the controls.
