Tony they are indeed a very pleasant and easy band to listen to, all but their final album Yeah Ghost are worth listening to. If you don't mind them on CD then then all the albums can be had for a penny each on the usual River site.
Thanks for the tip Stevee, I'll have a quick shop!
Original vinyl

Why? There are times when one just has to rock. This is one of them.

Time to stop shillyshallying around - let's have some fiercely "out there" Miles from 1975, on double CD:

Contemplative music...

John and Beverley Martyn - Stormbringer
Love Beverley's voice on 'Sweet Honesty', so far the stand out track. But It's not a record I've had for long.

A+ | Transcoded DSD

More 70'sesque hard rock from this rather excellent modern German band (Kadaver)

Something a little smoother, from the exceptional Mr Porter.

2001 - WAV...

Early 70s prog rock that I'm just in the mood for.

That always "difficult" second album, this is simply stunning..................shame Eno left after this one...............never bettered, IMHO.

Agree with that analysis, Dave. I still love their first album but this one has the edge. A classic.

Hugely complex (typical Waters) and excellent.
Continuing the silent journey...
