Are you sure your house is ready for 4 on the scale of Richter ?

Kodo. Excellent!! I saw them at Sadlers Wells in 1989/90?. I still trot out one or two of their albums now and again just to give the system a bit of a workout.

Well the neighbours are out. Seems almost rude not to. Magnificent album. I think my Naim amps have always enjoyed playing this as much as I have. It's like they're saying 'yes, this is what we we're designed for. Let's have some fun!' ![]()

Absolutely, Steve. Not just great rock music but an emotional experience.

Having a LOUD evening here up till now, so giving this an instant blast on Tidal, (don't you just love it?).
Good shout. ![]()

Chet Baker Sings..... not very well really, but I love this record and find his fragile voice rather captivating. He can certainly play the trumpet well though! It's a very quiet and mellow album, and highly recommended.

Th bass is nicely driving the music forward....

Well since I seem to be joining in with the LOUD evening, I thought I'd invite Brian and the boys round to give me a rendition of Thunderstruck.

Is that a mono version of the album if not try and get a copy as it is far better than the stereo version?

Well, if you want to talk LOUD, I'll re-post this from earlier...........![]()
Still actually listening here to your recommendation of "We Are the Fallen".......................high drama, and a bit good. ![]()
A+ | Transcoded DSD

(2003)
Since a few of us are going LOUD I'll chip in with this. The Cover art is wrong as I'm playing the live album which is even better than the studio cut, IMO obviously.

Now that is seriously loud! I can see it sitting there in my CD rack calling to me.....
Talking loud... not right now but was listening to this earlier...

Blow me, now Ozzy and co want to join in. They seem to have arrived with a nice drop of malt whisky, too. ![]()
What is this that stands before me.......
