Highly recommended, James. It's one of those albums that always gives me goosebumps. Indeed, the song Sophia often brings a tear to the eye. A hugely talented lady.
Mike

I always enjoy this album by Mr Gilmour. A lovely hypnotic quality.

1967 - Original vinyl - Mono.

The Rolling Stones - in mono.
In anticipation of The Stones "Blue and Lonesome", back to basics album, due out in less than three weeks...............this.
15, yes, 15 discs of The Stones, remastered and in mono, as they should be heard.................takes me right back to Dansette days. ![]()

Laura Veirs - "July Flame" (2010)

Thanks Mike. Sorted ![]()

2010 - Original vinyl...
Nick's side project. A lot more enjoyable than their first album and Warren is on fire.
If you felt a little depressed with Nick's last album, this is the antidote.

Very Good. Streamed from Qobuz. TYVM for posting.
Found this whilst browsing my collection - A real step change from 'Once Upon A Time' and still an enjoyable album.

1998 - Tidal...
This is a really cool album. Ok, they're French but nobody is perfect and the coolest tracks are either in English or sung by an American, like a Beth Hirsch, again in English.![]()

Doyle Bramhall ll - Rich Man.
He's got some pedigree, having played over the years with Clapton, B.B. King, Sheryl Crow, Gary Clark Jnr................the list goes on.
For the guitar geeks, he plays left handed, but with the strings reversed, so high E is at the top of the fretboard.
So THAT'S where I've been going wrong all these years. ![]()
Nighty night. ![]()
The mission..Children

Leonard Cohen - "Live" (1994)

Just the right time of the night to listen to some Floyd and there is no better album.
