What are you listening to and WHY might anyone be interested? (Vol. XII)

2016 has arrived today, so time to start this thread afresh.
Last year's thread (and links to previous years) can be found here;
The John Bunch Trio - "The Best Thing For You" (1987)
Recorded during the Division Bell tour in 1994, i went to see them at Earls Court and the combination of music and light show (and the massive amount of weed smoke in the air as most of audience lit up when the concert started) made this an unforgettable show for me. I also enjoy the DVD recorded at Earls Court, especially when i have the house to myself and can listen to 'Run Like Hell' at realistic levels
Pink Floyd - Pulse
Keith Jarrett - "At The Blue Note: Saturday, June 4, 1994" (1995)
Gary U.S. Bonds - Dedication.
Produced by a certain B. Springsteen, who also appears, assisted by members of the E-Street Band.
Great album, and one for all the Bruce fans out there.
Time for a bit of Kate - starting with this
Kate Bush - The Sensual World
Meanwhile this has just arrived so really looking forward to getting it ripped and having a listen when i get home
Kenny Barron Trio - "The Moment" (1991)
Ralph Towner - "Solo Concert" (1979)
Moby - Play.
Why?
'Cos, at the time, this was entirely unique, and, in spite of many subsequent albums, he's never bettered this one.......IMHO.
Tidal - 2009...
The calm after the storm after the acrimonious break up of The Libertines and a very erratic solo career. Quite enjoyable.
Moby - 18.
Just to contradict my stated opinion above, I've just had a serious listen to this one, and, overall, I fink it's betterer!
Before our department internal christmas party starts.
NO CORRELLATION between the work and the party
A+ | Transcoded DSD
(2000)
Gorillaz - Demon Days.
Moving on from Moby, these guys.................................. why? ............................'cos it's simply great fun, that's why.

Good shout, I've just had a hunt for tickets at Leeds ..............sold out.............. didn't want to go anyway.
The acoustics at First Direct Arena were rubbish last time I was there.........so, stick it.
1975 - Original vinyl...
The Cult - Love.
Moving on from Green Day....................sulking, (see above)................so this .............properly LOUD!! ........as they were earlier this year in Leeds.
Sniff
Pentangle - Anthology on Tidal. Mainly because my Pentangle vinyl is a bit noisy .
AC/DC, Platinum Hits, feel in a rock mood tonight and there is very little that rocks as much as an AC/DC greatest hits album. Wanna tell you a story....... Flac via Audirvana/Hugo, really really loudly!
AC/DC Platinum Hits is something of an oxymoron, even more so than Rush's Greatest Hits, released on a CD single.
