From the Five Years vinyl box set, this is [producer] Ken Scott's 2003 remix, in alternative sleeve.

On vinyl, for the umpteenth time. There's not a duff moment on this remarkable record.

At 7 tracks it feels like only half an album compared to what was his usual 12-14 tracks an album.

I kind of know what you mean but it is 41 minutes long, which for me is the perfect album length. In any case, it rather feels as if you couldn't actually add anything to it. It's a complete statement.

I love it, IMHO it is a superb album but I always recommend people to listen to things first before laying out hard cash.

Not sure so will listen to it through some samples as I guess it's not available through Qobuz or Tidal streaming.

Recorded Christmas Eve 1968 this live CD of Mandel, Jerry Garcia, Elvin Bishop et al comes as part of the Harvey Mandel Snake Box and is worth the price of the boxset alone. Superb. It's an album to just close your eyes and immerse into the music.

Excellent 'perfik pop' from 1982.

Rip of the original CD release - the 'remaster' is a crime against humanity.
