I have a HiLine which is configured RCA - DIN. Is it possible to get it re-wired to DIN - DIN?

You will need to confer with Naim or the distributor on this. I think it's not possible because of the way the lead has to be cut down and tailed for the RCA end, but Naim or your dealer/distributor can confirm for sure.
Better to try to do a swap via dealer or private ads (not on here as any commercial activity is against forum rules) or trade against a new DIN-DIN.
