Concerts planned for 2016.

Posted by: dave marshall on 12 January 2016

The "concerts planned" topic seems to have fallen by the wayside somewhat, so I thought I'd try to resurrect it with the following.

Massive Attack, at Leeds O2, on the 27th of this month.

Hoping for a chilled evening.

Dave.

I went to see an acoustic set by Ocean Colour Scene last year. They were very good.

Although you say they are a bit of a blast from the past, I still think of them (despite the fact that until recently, they have been away from the music scene for many years) as promising up-and-coming youngsters. One of the few bands of their time that I really liked.

Must say something about our respective ages.

Ought to be OCS supporting Shed 7 for me - really good live.

The Coral - London somewhere can't remember

Love Revisited - The Brook Southampton

Admittedly a bit myopic.

Hi HH,

I'll be there too and would look out for you if I knew what you look like. Perhaps Naim should provide all Naim owners with badges!

I thought it was a wonderful concert, and such a good venue. It was good to bump into Adrian, who recognised me from Facebook, which was most impressive. No more concerts are planned this year, but loads of plays at the Chichester Festival Theatre.

It was good to see you Nigel. Turner Sims is a good venue. You really should go and see Phronesis there too!

I thought Tord, and particularly Simin Tander was absolutely wonderful. A super show.
