Are the separates line going to follow the muso aesthetics?

I know a lot of Naim users love and are already deeply invested in the look of Naim's separates, but myself, personally, I don't like them. IMO, they look very dated, especially the green screens on the superuniti etc.
Are there any rumours floating around that they may follow the improved aesthetics of their lifestyle range?
FWIW (not much of course) my opinion is that while the MUSO looks fine (for a MUSO, that is) I hope that the "real" Naim gear doesn't go that direction.
Keith Monks recently introduced a new RCM at $2,500. Their least expensive model, it features an acrylic case with customizable LED lighting.

This seems to be the kind of non-traditional look required for products to have appeal to new buyers these days.

That can be said of Chord as well. Still, Chord boxes and Naim boxes look quite differently!
Quite a few major brands are changing from shiny silver to anodized black, once again Naim lead the pack.
silver, gold, square, or curved boxes may suite a particular decor better in a particular decade in a way that black boxes don't. But black is timeless and you can always get away with it. The others stick out like ruddy great carbuncle of an eyesore when their decade has passed and you have to wait 40 years for them to come back in fashion.
Stuff these days (Muso included) is very 70's.
When I was demoing Rega gear I always had sights set on their black cases. The silver made them look like pseudo-Star Wars artifacts. Same sound, but hey, given a choice .....
I can envisage black box with same dimensions without the triptych and centre logo fascia on top of the glowing inset acrylic base with little rubber feet. Imagine a stack of them with lots of glowing strips ! It would illuminate the Fraim shelves nicely.

Ughhh.
the current triptych range looks great to me, and I do not wish Naim to change it at all

Yes, hence even though the Hugo is quite "unique" in the way it looks, in the end, all I care about is how it sounds. and it is fantastic musically and sonically
But Naim black boxes look great, and sound great. I have always liked the way Naim amps looked, but they certainly look the best with the current range.
That you have some commonality in the design language between the bottom - Muso - and the top - Statement does suggest everything in between is due for a change. But where would you put that lovely, tactile control on the rest of the range?
On the other hand (at the risk of provoking some consternation) the current tiptrych design of the classic range is not obviously past it's sell by date like the olive range was when it was replaced.
Perhaps I need to accelerate my NDX purchase. Is this thread a put up job to encourage such thoughts?
Olly
The 272, SuperUniti and some others already have a Statement and Muso style volume control. It's a delight to use, and there's no need to make it look like a 1973 Pioneer to realise that.
My guess is this will come with the next preamp update. :-)
If I have already had several classic boxes, the additions will for a start look like an eyesore. I don't like it for sure but if I read some older news correctly, Naim did offer to give an update to the casing of the older olive boxes during the period they had just introduced the current black classic. Is that true ? Did anyone here did that back then ?

They do ???
I prefer the Green/Black look of the current line up but it makes no difference in my case. The rack is not visible in the room. In fact the only two Naim components on full view in our house are the Mu-Sos.
What I very much like about the newer stuff, which includes the Muso family as well as the Black stuff like 272 is the full range volume control. If that could be retro fitted I wouldn't mind a fascia change if it had to be part of the modification. Probably too big an engineering job to be a cost effective offer.
