Problems of "my music" in Tidal via Naim App

Hi folks,
I have frequently experienced the following problem when streaming Tidal albums via my NDX (controlled by Naim App). Albums that I have marked as favourites and are then stored in the menu "My Music" can frequently not be played. Although the albums and cover arts are stored and displayed under "My Music/Albums", the songs contained on the albums are often not. It is then not possible to play and listen to the album (if I press the play button on the app, I receive the error message "App interrupted --> report?"). This is too bad since in essence I cannot listen to my favourite albums via Tidal/Naim App.
Has anyone experienced the same problem? Any idea how to fix?
