after house move and larger room i've just replaced pmc twenty 23 with 26 - still breaking in but sound great out of the box and fill the room better than 23. very different to 23 but still retain that pmc sound and stage that i love. mids are superb. more forgiving than the 23s were with some recordings. 26s like a bit more toe in than 23s which were more or less pointed straight down with no toe in (well just a tiny bit).

Also have a pair of SBLs that didn't work in the listening room (no solid wall to put them against) which are waiting for the, yet unpurchased, second system.

B&W 802 Diamonds (D2) which could possibly be replaced by the new 802 D3's subject to an audition in the very near future. I had a short demo on Friday which was a nice taster.

Fidelity Acoustics RFM-2's -- 4-ohm two-way transmission-line floorstanders with Scanspeak drivers -- and a REL 205 sub. Bought 'em new in 2007 and have been very happy indeed. No immediate plans to replace them, though I'd very much like to audition a pair of dc10audio Briton II's.

DeVore Gibbon Nines, which work very nicely – can listen for hours with total pleasure. Could perhaps do with a greater sense of scale on orchestral music, if I were being picky. The speakers I've heard that I'd most like for my space are fact.12s but I've heard they need a 500 to drive successfully, and there's no prospect of that for me. Have to decide whether next to go for Gibbon Xs or upgrade amp to 300DR (from 250.2) which might give me a wider range of speaker options (eventually).  But do I need that? Hoping to hear the Xs soon.

Rega M2 Elas.  Possibly the best speakers ever made for £450.  However after 14 years, I traded them in for ProAc D20R.  Only had them for 2 days.

Kudos Titans, Naim SBL's and Quad ESL57's.

Perhaps I need the details of that counsellor, Clay.

Kudos super 20.  The best I have ever had. IT does nothing wrong and produces magic.  Had neat momentum 3i.  They also produce magic but does have some faults in the treble.
