Linn PMS converted to passive with external xovers.
Rest are 2-way standmounts: Wilson Audio WATT 6, Hamilton Audio Paramount w. Diaural Xovers, ATC SCM10, B&W Rock Solid, Vienna Acoustics Berg and we should have Epos somewhere in the attic.
PMC Twenty.23

Kuma,
That's quite a collection! How often do you listen in the attic ![]()

harbeth super hl5, before spender 35/1, bc1, 75/1 ARD. christoph. lost in this bbc monitors!
ATC SCM11
When I first listened to them I was a bit perplexed, as it felt as if no-one else was using them with Naim amplification, and I couldn't work out why as they were brilliant. Since then, I've discovered there are quite a few ATC fans out there. But they are an acquired taste - so neutral it can almost be disconcerting at first. I think they're perfect for anyone with catholic tastes, and also for people who don't have absolute flexibility on positioning (don't get me started on stand-mounted, rear-ported designs).
I considered and auditioned just about every standmount speaker in the £1k-£2k range on the planet, and it came down to the ATCs and the PMC 20.22s, which I thought were very nice, but the ATCs won the day.
Naim IBL Mk1. Had these for about 12 years now and despite trying other speakers I can't bring myself to change. Hard up against the wall they take up so little space and keep getting better as the front end improves.
Active Naim SL2s. Can't see me changing them. Wonderfully airy and involving with all types of music. Previously had SBLs for 12 years, IBLs, and many years ago Celestion Ditton 66, Ditton 15.

Barely a foot tall, yet sing like birds.
I had these for a while many years ago. A cracking little speaker I remember.

AUSSIESTEVE, I trust you're going to compile this database into a usable format, e.g displayable by brand, model, popularity etc...
Then same with amps and allow searching for who uses what with what. Also room size. Maybe music style preferences. Add in size and value data. And a subjective sound quality comment field.
Would be be a great resource to help with those suggestion queries.
