Error 10 ...

I was switching between 'Qute's this morning using the Naim app on my iPhone, when one of the 'Qutes failed to respond.

i took a look under the stairs where my 'Qutes live and found an Error 10 message on its fascia.   I have not found reference to this error on forum.  Has anyone had a problem with this before?

I solved the problem by switching the offending the 'Qute on and off. ... But I was wondering about it all morning.

Found this on another forum, googling error 10 on a Qute - 

DAB chip fault, apparently can be triggered by storms, dodgey antenna amp etc. quick perusal of the Naim Forum indicates that if turning it off and back on doesn't clear it going into the settings (spanner on remote) and reseting all in factory settings will correct unless there is a hardware fault.

Probably worth double checking with you dealer.

Thanks Harty601 for finding what I could not.

My dealer had not come across this error ... but recommended the turn-on-off sequence.
