Universal remote app for iPad

Looking forward to purchasing an iPad 2 and then getting n-Stream to control my Uniti

I would like to use the iPad to control everything so was wondering if anyone can recommend an app to control the Uniti along with Panasonic TV and Sony DVD player ? - how would this sit with n-Stream?

Separate from n-Stream but very capable:

RedEye or RedEye Pro

L5 or FLPR as well, I have L5 and just got the FLPR today to install on an iPad2. On a paper FLPR is looking more capable, I will find out if it is the true or not.
