Bon Acchord

Just a plug for the Chord Company. I've recently changed to Naim Fraim and had to re-route the cables as part of the setting up. However the system didn't sound quite right and after some detective work it turned out the plugs on the Chord Sarum TA din/XLR had been over stressed during the installation. The cable is fairly stiff and needs a decent amount of space to hang freely, which is not that easy with Fraim.

I emailed Nigel Finn from Chord and he agreed to have a look. Just received the cable back today reterminated and with a new sheathing which is less stiff than the original. Sound quality is better than ever so really pleased with the service from Chord. 

Quality  of after sales service is I think one of the most important aspects of buying Hifi. Both Naim and Chord are exemplary in this respect.
