Musoi connections

Can I connect Muso using both wireless and wired at the same time? I find internet radio works best using wireless but streaming using wired. How can I tell if Muso is connected to a wireless network and which one? (I have an extender so 2 networks).

I'm sure it defaults from one to another. When i listen to the internet radio mine is capable of both, if i disconnect from the wired ethernet cable it connects to the wi fi automatically.

If you install Fing on your iPad you can see what is connected to what.

Yes that seems to be the case when you disconnect the wired connection but it doesn't seem to connect using wireless when there is awired connection. At least not for internet radio - I assume it must be connected for the app to work.

Thanks - although with 8 connections I'm struggling to work out which is which!

With my 272, if you connect the wire, the wireless switches off. Remember that whether the Muso is wireless or not has nothing to do with controlling it via the app - that's because the app is connecting wirelessly to the router, rather than to the Muso directly.

Oh right - I'd assumed the app needed to connect with the streamer. So when I get a slow response with the app that might be down to a problem with the router?

It's always possible.
