Qute - no rooms found

I am using an original Qute as a streamer and while I love the sound I'm frustrated with the frequent and inexplicable loss of connectivity with my iPad.  I have reinstalled the app, the unit was updated in September 2015, and my wifi signal is strong (I never lose wifi with my phone).   Turning the unit on and off is the only thing that restores connectivity.  It is a nuisance as it needs to be done daily.  I take zero interest in computers (a necessary evil of modern life) so some advice from tech savvy forum folk would be appreciated.

Yay, glad you're up and running again. 

Bonus move: adjust your Apple base station to join an existing network instead of creating a new network (unless you are specifically interested in two networks to segregate users or devices or whatever).
