How is a Nac72S different from a NacC72?

Hi there, does anyone know what makes a NAC72S different from a NAC72? I believe the S may be an early version of the 72, before it introduced a CD input, but are there any significant internal differences?

Cheers

Thanks Doug. HungryHalibut... am I missing something - what do you mean?

You could specify three different sets of phono boards, depending on what cartridge you had. The amps had a little sticker on the back to designate which - S, N or K. But that doesn't mean those are the boards that are inside, as they may have been swapped or removed altogether.

Cheers. I wondered whether it was something like that. Thanks for the help.
