compilation albums solution

I was trying to get my (self-compiled) compilation albums to show as ONE single album via the upnp section of my naim app so that I could add it to the play queue on the naim app en masse. The album part of the naim app shows the compilation but it only allows the user to add one track at a time to the play queue.
I looked on this forum and saw similar queries but no solution so here's mine:
I'm using a naim uniti with a vortexbox server as upnp and I use dbpoweramp as my software for adding id tags to flac (or alac) files
I have a few thousand old soul 7" singles ripped to my vortexbox and I generally compiled these as CD length compilations so there are approx 90 'soul singles' compilations on the VB. Noting that the play queue on the Uniti 2 allows one to add 500 tracks, I then merged the CD length compilations into approx 500 track compilations on the VB
The solution is to edit the ID tag in dbpoweramp and unify the GENRE for the compilation to match the name of the compilation itself. The Naim app will then show this compilation in the genre section of it's upnp music section and it will add the whole compilation as a single item to the play queue. Since the artist/track names have not been altered, they show up as normal. Being adventurous(!), I noticed that the naim app allows one to shuffle the queue which is a nice approach as the soul 7's have been added over many years
I'm not sure if I've explained this too well but hope it helps , because it was driving me mad!
Best
