As you can see my new living room is a nightmare, so help needed for a new speaker upgrade from my Nsats, amp will most probably be a supernait 2 with Lp12 so really looking for a small bookshelf speaker or floor stander ,http://postimg.org/image/8tdas6nil/9a85fab7/

Why nightmare? Where are the windows? Do the speakers have to be where they are now? What is the floor made of? Have you considered wall mounting?

Anyway, used Naim n-Sats or Linn Kans. Though if you are considering Kans on stands you might as well consider Naim SBLs which will be more easily driven imo.

The Sats are super speakers; maybe just keep them. Or, assuming there is a solid wall behind them, the idea of SBLs is a good one.

That room's not too bad.

Why do you feel that you need to upgrade the n-Sats?

Recommendations:
1  use small main speakers with very limited bass extension (add ATC SCM 7 to the list).  If ported, block the ports.
2  put a very heavy ceiling to floor curtain on the wall to the left of the speakers
3  use a subwoofer, controlled by a DSP unit (miniDSP 2x4 or Antimode II) (initially use REW to model the response of the sub in different positions)
4  add pressure mode bass traps (i.e. membrane, damped membrane or Helmholtz types) in the corners of the room and behind both speakers.
5  put a thick heavy underlay under the carpet.

Somehow I missed that you already had n-Sats. As per Huge, what are you hoping for that they can't give you?

Just seems a bit bass light, or perhaps I keep them and the uniti2 and add a nap200

That's why you need a sub (and n-Sats were designed to be used with one).

The advantage of a sub over full range speakers is that you can separately tune the lower bass to the room while at the same time keeping the upper bass and midrange charity of the main speakers - this combination ideal for small / tricky rooms.
