This question sucks

I've got an RCM which is an older model Loricraft.  It has an arm with a suction hose on it, and my hose being old I tried to replace it with something I found at the hardware store...it's too stiff and affects the arm movement.

Where can I find some 1/8" suction hose (in simplified metric this is 3.175mm); which is soft and won't resist bending--won't get hard over time (yeah, yeah the suction makes it hard)?  I found some automated controls dealer, but they want to sell me 100 ft. (0.151515152 furlongs) of the stuff for $250!

I'm assuming I need something with some rubber in it (suction, hard, rubber...I get it).

Snaic, the best person to ask here would be Terry at Loricraft.  He should at least be able to advise on spare parts or even let you know the spec of the hose they use.  He's a busy man though,  so don't expect an immediate e-mail response.  Phone often works best here.  Or do Loricraft have a US distributor who can help you out?

You could try a local model shop that deals with RC models as it sounds like either IC engine fuel tube or model boat water cooling tube would do the job. Google model engine fuel pipe and you will see some pictures.

Try looking for soft silicone or Tygon tubing.
