NDX Fault 61 BridgeCo init fail

Hi, I've been having repeated issues (loss of WiFi, loss of UPnP access etc.) with my NDX, which I usually resolve with a power off, wait an hour or so, power on and all ok. (On the odd occasion I've had to reset and redefine the Wifi again).

Today I've restarted after a similar episode and I receive the message Fault 61 BridgeCo init fail. 

Can't get beyond it.

I'm guessing this is a return to dealer?

Have to admit having a serious love/hate relationship with the NDX - quality piece of kit when it's not being switched off!

It certainly sounds like it needs to go back to Salisbury, but your dealer can discuss that with Naim and do the necessary. If it's relatively new then you could expect your dealer to lend you something while its away. At least the error message will give Naim something tangible to work with, which is good because intermittent faults can take ages to pin down.
