I know it's set up for "Spotify", but is this exclusively? All my music is on Google Play Music ( I didn't like the way Spotify kept breaking). Can this be "cast" to the SU with, I dunno, maybe the NAIM App? Is that how it works? I'm confused.

The Naim app cannot itself cast but could be used to select an input to which you had connected a Chromecast Audio device https://www.google.com/intl/en...chromecast/speakers/
