Getting Tidal on to ND5XS

Do you not want to just connect to Tidal using the Naim App.  If not . . . run Asset server on the laptop perhaps, for a networked solution (although you probably want to laptop connected via a wired connection to your network; wifi may be unreliable).

Oh right! So I just install the NAIM app on my windows OS laptop and hey presto? Happy days.

Ummm no, the Naim App only runs on iOS and Android devices.  If you do it this way, you could then stream from Tidal directly to your ND5XS.  This does not permit you to access files you've saved on your laptop however.
