Help! Streamer only play tracks in random order!

Something strange happend: Suddenly NDS can only play tracks in random order (jumping from track 1 to track 9 to track 6......)

I suppose it has something to do with the app (ipad), I tried to restart but with the same results.

Oldneil: I had this occur once and discovered it was a self inflicted wound. Try checking the random order icon (2 writhing snakes) on the front screen of the n-serve app. Top right hand corner of the screen next to the reply icon.

Sounds like you might have accidentally turned on the 'random' button. If you open a 'play queue' in full screen in the Naim app, hit the ... symbol in the top R corner, and you'll see the random (crossed arrows) symbol. Tap it, and hopefully, you'll turn it off.

I expect you have accidentally enabled shuffle mode. It's the icon with 2 intersecting lines that cross over.

Oh, stupid me! Of course it was easy. I just turned it off on the remote, which I rarely use, but my used it yesterday so I blame it on her!

Everything was easier in the old days when I just listened to vinyl.
