Chromecasting

So I've plugged the dongle in to the back of the NDX5 and powered it up. My Deezer app is casting, but no sound is coming through, no matter which source function I switch to. What am I missing?

Ignore me. Stupid question ... didn't setup the new dongle in my Ccast app....

Verdict. Nowhere near as good as streaming WAV files from the laptop. Even if it DOES all have to be through ethernet cables rather than wireless...

Maybe not, but it is a ridiculously cost effective way to add (quite decent) streaming to older devices. Fifteen Quid!

Are you using the analogue or the optical digital output?
