Naim Dac 4.11.7 software

Hi All,

I am having trouble getting a streaming device to work properly (sync issues) on my Naim DAC (software version 4.11.8) but works fine on my friend's DAC (software version 4.11.7 - beta?)

4.11.7 v is not available on Naim's website but perhaps someone could email these file to help troubleshoot the issue, please?

Thanks, I think I will. I also found this topic https://forums.naimaudio.com/topic/ndac-sync-problem where someone describes similar sync issues to the ones I am experiencing following a software update on his NDac. I am getting out of sync problems with mine and I updated straight from 2.6.5 software version to the latest 4.11.8. Perhaps that's the problem? It's just this one device I am struggling with and only with 44,1kHz data. All other sources I've tested on Ndac work fine.

Thanks fr the suggestion. I did Steve a call and he suggested a possible mismatch / issue of the clock found on the output board I am using and a type or even quality (how they're put together) of cables; resulting in a mismatch that could, in some cases, amplify certain out-of-spec oscillating clocks. I will do some more testing between my friend's set up (cables, streaming devices etc.) and update the post if we end up with any regularities.
