Unitilite supernait2

I understand I'm defeating the object but I own a nait2. And I've just bought aunitilight the idea was to keep the streamer in the main room and put the nait2 in the spare room with a turntable and my arcam cd player but the missus don't think it's a good idea for some reason I think its because she knows she'll never see me anyway is it worth running the unitilite through the nait2, it just seems crazy having the supernait sitting doing nothing, any ideas until I can talk her round,

Just treat her like dirt for a bit, then she'll be happy when she never sees you.

Sorry, I couldn't resist......the SN2 is a better amp than the one in the Unitilite, so it could be worth a try.

I'd keep them separate - why have one system if you can have two

Maybe not such a good idea I've just been told the interconnect I'd need is 180 quid I'll have to keep working on her thanks for the replys

Or you could buy an interconnect via eBay or whoever for £10 that will do 95% plus of what a £180 interconnect would do. If you don't like the sound, you can throw it away (but it won't actually sound that bad, whoever made it.)

best

Or you could take the UnitiLite back and get a used NDX. The NDX and Supernait make a great system. And as a selling point, the NDX comes with a FREE WIRE!!!!

Or even a used ND5-XS....

If you want a cheap wire, Flashback Sales make decent ones that cost a lot less than the Naim ones. I like HHs idea of an NDX though, just put it in a dark corner and nobody but you will ever know.....
