Naim Desktop Client and Windows 10

Posted by: stebro on 21 July 2016

I'm currently using the Naim Desktop Client with Windows 7.  Trying to decide whether to update to Windows 10 since the deadline for free updates is approaching next week.  Are there any issues with the Desktop Client after updating to Windows 10?  Can I expect to do the update and have a seamless transition or has anyone encountered problems?  Thanks.

Paul has confirmed Win-10 is OK for Desktop Client,  ignore Adam    & go for it.  But please double check your PC/Laptop with Win-7 has spec suitable for Win-10.  The MS www free upgrade process does check your OS & will refuse to allow it if the hardware does not have the RAM & speed to run Win-10.  But I had probs with Mrs Mike's & although MS said it was OK,  it was noticeably a lot slower than my more RAM & OS speed Win-8.1 installed laptop.
