Ipad split screen view

Hello

This is a post to generate interest on the forum for Naim to add in split screen compatibility for the Naim app.

So if you are interested then please email Naim as I did earlier today!

Update:

Phil Harris has been kind enough to respond to my query.

Apparently its pencilled in for the next version, though only for the big ipad pro....

So if you have the 9.7 Ipad pro like me, send Naim a mail as we just want to have the option of split screen. We don't care if it's going to be a bit small!

I use split screen all the time in horizontal mode and then it's totally fine. Main reason i upgraded to the ipad pro!

I gues it would be nice. Using a large iPad Pro and only just getting used to how to use the split screen mode

I actually have my old 1st generation iPad that has been assigned to 'remote control' duties for the streamers at home. In my honest opinion the previous nStream app was more intuitive (thar's the only one that will work on such an old iDevice).

I agree. It needed a visual tidy up but that was all. Too late now! I use the current app on an iPad2 which is used as a lounge music browser and remote. A Mini would do (as with my office MuSo) but the iPad2 just keeps going - so why not? I had a serious look including a shop visit at the big new iPad but it's unnecessarily large for my music browsing habits, and IMO ridiculously expensive - but then, comparatively speaking, so are all Apple Devices. It's no surprise that Naim are supporting its functions. They should be.
