qnap nas

Hi
I i have just purchase Qnap Nas119+ i have been configuring it, i have a niam uniti and naim serve ssd. the naim desk top client is showing that the nas has enabled with the desk top client but when i try to down load the music store it give a message cant not authenticate \\ 192.168.0.9. I am unsure how to solve and would appreciate any help.

I would do the following.

Log onto the nas via a browser.

Goto the Administration. Then access rights management.
In here create a new share. In this section you are given some options. Enable guests to read and write and allow full access. Call the share naim or similar.

Back on the serve it should have access to this share no probs.
