Need help to determine what superline air plugs to use with my ortifon kontrapunkt b cartridge

Hello folks
I am currently using a 1k resistance plug and a 4.7 nf campatance plug
Finding there's to much lower end .I must add that the superline is still breaking in .
Specs for kontrapunkt b are as follows
Internal impedance, DC resistance - 5 Ohm
Recommended load impedance - 5-200 Ohm
Output voltage at 1000 Hz, 5cm/sec. - 0,47 mV
Also it was suggested that I maybe better off just powering phono stage with my power auxiliary out put of my 52 preamp as opposed to powering it with my separate high cap.
52 is being powered by a super cap.

Any knowledgeable input is greatly appreciated
