SuperUniti MuSo Qb link not working

Hi all

I have a Super Uniti in the lounge and a Qb in the kitchen. When i first added the Qb, it linked up and worked perfectly. For no clear reason, about 3 months in, the devices stop linking properly (for multi room).

The app still works. I can still see both devices/rooms. I can play the SU and the QB independently and I can sometimes (let's say 30% of the time)' play the Qb and then extend/ link it to the SU..... But if I'm playing the SU, I can't extend it to the Qb anymore. It just says the room is unresponsive.

I've re-set everything; going through the usual IT solution of turning it all off and on again. No joy.

Any ideas how this could be resolved?

I suspect you are using one or both on a wireless connection. Try running a wire and see if that fixes things.

Picking up HH's point, if it used to work before but doesn't now, then maybe your router is set on a channel that is now getting interference from a neighbour using the same channel, perhaps as a result of a change to their broadband set up.

Using Ethernet cables instead of wifi, even temporarily, is a good way to go, but if that isn't practical you could look into your router settings and choose a different channel. Routers can be set to automatically choose a quiet channel, but they aren't all set like that by default.

Has a router been changed? Any added devices which may interfere with an IP address assignment? (e.g. some smart-home devices)
