Does anyone here know where this is?

This photo, of a very little me and my grandfather and great grandparents, was taken in about 1968. My parents haven't a clue about the location, and I'm the only survivor. The only guesses I can make are somewhere in the home counties, or maybe that there London.
If anyone can nail it for me, my sad little life would be complete.

It reminds me of Kew Gardens for some reason. Is that a possible?

That's not just possible, that's pretty likely. In fact, you've sparked a memory of the trip. Thanks very much indeed, Rod.

I have some photographs like that, and everyone present except my brother and I are now dead. Trouble is that these are from places in Norway at places belomging [then] to cousins of my grandparents. but happy mempries all the same.

Wow. Nice one Blueknowz -- great detective work!
That was fun going back and forth between the two photos. In '68, the container to Tony's right had flowers, and in the later photo, a cap of some sort...

My parents are somewhere in this group. No prizes for guessing where, And it's around 1961-63. I doubt whether such a shot could be taken so easily now.

Tony,I really don't know for sure! But that's "spooky"!Nice to hear this!I just used the same adjective(spook)you used in your reply because that's what I felt watching the Vespa.
BigH47,of course you're right. At least one Lambretta:the one the guy is seated on facing the camera who took the photo, and maybe the one at his back. The one ahead is a Vespa.

Tony,I beg your pardon for my poor English.I got on the dictionary and interpreted "spook"like something that gives you a nice emotion...So that's what I ment in my reply.
Maybe it's the "spooky" power?
