Doug Graham

This may or may not be news but I saw a post from Neat Acoustics that Doug Graham is joining them. I found Doug both knowledgeable and likeable whenever he visited NZ for roadshows and had some good conversations about music with him over the years.
I would assume he as been brought on board to improve Neat's global distribution, which has always been a little light.
I saw Doug at the Bristol show this year. I though he came across really well at the demos. As you say, a very knowledgable guy, passionate about the products and really likeable too. Good luck to him in his new position.
Wow!
Around 15 years ago, I bought my NBL's from Doug, through Naim.
I later chatted with him at a Bristol show and mentioned my brother was looking at buying a Nait and Doug informed me that one of the Naim factory workers was selling a Nait 3R.
A week or so later, the immaculate Nait arrived and my brother has been happy with it ever since.
I'm still happy with Doug's old NBL's
Lovely chap - I wish him well.
Doug's a great guy, he has always had a lot of time for me and I have always enjoyed chatting to him. He will do well at Neat and I wish him well. Naim have lost a real asset here.
Well good luck Doug! Looks like my next speakers will have to be Neat!

A good decision.
Very little betters the Neat Ultimatum range
Doug certainly had some great music recommendations, I loved his eclectic playlist.
Kingsize- with my latest edition ..a pair of xl10s arriving at my doorstep in NZ some months back; where there is a will, there is a way and I'm sure they weren't lite to distribute!!

XL 10's! .........................the green eyed monster rears his head.................slumming things here with MF 9's.
Seriously though, I bet they're sensational, the MF 9's certainly are, and I can't imagine Sergeant Bob failing to improve on them.
Enjoy!
hi i wish you all the best and thanks for all your help with the cheep hifi-setup !!...LOL
enjoy

I know. I sold my Motive 2's when I imported a pair of Kudos C20s last year. Another brand that simply isn't available in NZ.
XL10's you say? I think we may have met at one of the Naim Roadshow functions at Shore Hi-Fi.
Hi King Size,
Sorry I'm Christchurch based, so it wouldn't have been me.
Im amazed to hear that there is another XL10 owner in NZ.
Certainly a speaker for life.
I am sorry that Doug has left Naim. He was a wonderful ambassador for the brand, a very knowledgable and informative gentleman. I agree with Name that he was great for recommending new music. I really enjoyed meeting him when he came to New Zealand. He will be great asset to Neat. My God, this sounds like an obituary, but of course he has many years to go!

I only met Doug a couple of times but from those encounters I would agree with PB
Wish him well with his new venture.
Meet him twice and the last time he was doing a statement presentation.I was surprised he remembered me from the chat we had 4 years before.Really nice guy to chat with and very good at presentations
When I was first considering buying Naim I met Doug at the Bristol show during a break in the Coffee bar. He must have spent 30 minutes with me talking me through the range and the Naim philosophy. What an enthusiast - not just for the product or hi-fi but music most of all.
As PB says Neat are a fantastic product and with Doug's enthusiasm and knowledge the future looks good.
Regards,
Lindsay
