Shame. When I was a kid his Napoleon Solo character was a hero of mine. A cool and debonair spy. RIP

Napoleon Solo and Ilya Kuryakin were both the epitome of cool when I was a kid.

Certainly were. Thursday night just after TOTP. Had only one channel to watch in those days. Better than the 200 or so available to watch now.

I grew up watching the Man From U.N.C.L.E.  very sad, what a year this turning out to be.

Sad news indeed, he, as the man from U.N.C.L.E. was a part of my youth along with some of his well played sleazy character portrayals on the silver screen.
