I did a re-scan on my ND5 XS DAB radio today because I knew that some some stations had moved. Prior to the re-scan I could receive plenty of stations without problem; only a few showed "No Signal".
After the re-scan I can only receive one station (a local pop music station - Wave 105). During the rescan the streamer said that it had found 48 stations but there is no sign of them; only Wave 105!
I have unplugged the antennae and restarted the ND5 XS but it makes no difference.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have since completely unplugged the streamer and re-scanned again. It now says that it has found 50 stations but is only showing 7, all of them local apart from BBC 5 Live. An improvement of course, but something's still wonky.

Latest: unplugged the aerial end of the antennae co-axial and re-scanned. It still found one station (that Wave 105!). I then replugged and re-scanned. Voila! All the stations came back. Not really sure what the problem was, although it reads like there was a faulty aerial connection. I'd checked, unplugged and wiggled that connection before, but...

We have DAB only few months. I was able to scan and saw 11 stations available. Last week I rescaned and now it searches for stations, it finds 11 stations, yet they are not stored and SU offers me to rescan again.
Any ideas what to do? I have restarted/ rebooted SU several times. Even left it switched of during the night.

I only just saw this, but this problem of DAB not picking up stations after a rescan is something I have seen before in this forum and a factory reset was what fixed it last time too.
Naim recommend you do a factory reset after a firmware update, but mostly you don't actually need to and so not everyone bothers This DAB oddity is clearly one exception. I would expect the SU to be exactly the same as the ND5 XS in this regard.

I have seen posts from before, but most of them were before the 4.4 sw version.
i did the factory reset and rescanned the DAB. I have my stations back. All 11 of them.
Thank you all.
