Nuvotem. They basically picked up where H&F left things when they closed. Ive been told that many of the key H&F personnel went on to Nuvotem.

Naim ran out of Holden & Fisher transformers on various units through 1993. On some items St Ives transformers plugged the gap before the Nuvotem ones were ready.

Some 1988 serviced 135's would be a good start mate.

Sounsfaber ' Sticking with the 150x ' 122x / 202 ' Flatcap2x ' DAC ' computer ' Stageline ' lp12 ' akito 'roksan chorus blue with BW DM 1800 Speakers..Had a couple of dems and a nac152xs has just gone back..Could not justify the extra money..guess I would use the 202 more but needs a Hi cap to sound at its best 'the 122x sounds better to me with the Flatcap2x..I love the sound of it '  my room is only 3m x 5m and the amplifiication is plenty for that...I did like the sound of the old amps with The Holden and fisher transformer but on balance the newer stuff sounds better to me.. Had a nac 42.5 hooked up recently and I feel it sounded muddy..was just interested to find out the last amps that Holden and fisher triodial transformers were used in ...

guess I would use the 202 more but needs a Hi cap to sound at its best

NAC202 sounds good with a Napsc and a NAP200. To such an extent that you can forget any amount of buggering around with FCs or worry over who made which transformers etc.

Giving it to you straight, Chris

Yes Chris thats the point 202 sounds better with a Hi cap . I dont have one. '  the 122x and the 202 sound good to my ears in different ways on the flatcap..I have had the 202 for years ' I have downsized a bit as I dont need to fill a huge room.  Hence the nac 122x is suited to my system and sounds a bit more pleasing...Its all down to personal taste ' maybe its because the 202 is not being run to its full potential..???

Maybe I should just spend 1000's on a 500 series
